What you'll do

• Welcome service customers

• monitor service progress and communicate changes
• manage warranty repairs under manufacturer guidelines
• confirm appointments by phone one day before arrival
• conduct post-repair follow-ups
• inspect vehicles before delivery
• comply with applicable repair and consumer-protection laws.
