What you'll do

• Respond to guest room and work-order requests involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• perform preventive maintenance on rooms, public areas, and building systems
• maintain the pool, hot tub, and fitness center, including water testing and chemical balancing
• complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and caulking
• repair furniture, fixtures, doors, locks, and windows
• monitor mechanical equipment
• maintain work-order and safety logs
• coordinate with housekeeping and the front desk.
