What you'll do

• Train toward a Coach role in the Paint or Finish Trim departments
• learn the requirements in the Paint and Finish Trim Coach job descriptions
• provide direct support to employees in departments 635, 636, 637, and 638
• meet training milestones
• complete assignments as directed by management during training.
