What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service and follow site security procedures
• greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue credentials, and direct visitors
• monitor building access and maintain visitor logs
• communicate visitor activity and concerns to school personnel
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations under established procedures
• answer phones and report unusual activity or security issues.

Why this role
