What you'll do

• Assist the shipping supervisor with daily shipping functions
• pick, pack, ship, transfer, and cycle-count inventory
• train new hires
• enforce safety initiatives and standard procedures
• monitor department quotas and delivery expectations
• route freight and submit information to customer portals
• follow FIFO
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• maintain a safe, clean work area
• report equipment or process problems and team performance issues.
