What you'll do

• Inspect property and identify repairs
• perform or schedule preventative maintenance
• prioritize service requests and assign work
• communicate schedules and progress
• respond to urgent issues and building emergencies
• maintain grounds and supplies
• coordinate purchasing, remodeling, vendors, quotes, agreements, and invoices
• monitor work quality, safety, security, and code compliance.
