What you'll do

• Prepare hot foods, accompaniments, and garnishes
• follow standardized recipes and portioning standards
• prepare patient and cafeteria service areas and catered functions
• maintain production and waste logs
• receive, inspect, store, label, and rotate food supplies
• maintain cleaning schedules and equipment
• follow HACCP, sanitation, infection-control, and safety procedures
• orient and train staff as applicable.
