Area Director of Marketing

The Area Director of Marketing role is property-based in Aspen, CO, with regular travel between Aspen and Telluride. Compensation is $175,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports marketing across Hotel Jerome, Madeline Hotel & Residences, and Element 52. The role coordinates campaigns, partnerships, public relations, digital performance, and cross-functional work while leading the area marketing team.

What you'll do

• Develop annual marketing strategies and budgets across three properties
• use property and customer data to set measurable objectives
• partner with revenue management and sales
• oversee brand positioning, content, creative assets, partnerships, and integrated campaigns
• lead PR, influencer, social, and digital marketing
• analyze performance and optimize investment
• lead the area marketing team and collaborate across property functions.
