What you'll do

• Prepare dishes at the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• organize storage and production areas
• work with front- and back-of-house teams
• follow tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs.
