What you'll do

• Create and maintain construction loan budget estimates using historical costs, market trends, takeoffs, and project requirements
• procure quotes
• manage estimating deadlines and review costs
• update budgets during construction
• monitor spending and investigate coding issues
• create and maintain construction schedules
• analyze vendor capacity and scheduling trends
• support continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative support.
