Project Manager – Structural Steel and Precast Erection

Job overview

The Project Manager role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $100,000–$140,000 annually, with additional incentives for extended travel assignments and company-covered project-related travel expenses. The role supports Ben Hur’s National Erection Team. The project manager oversees structural steel and precast erection projects from award through completion, coordinating customers, design professionals, internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. The role helps ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead project activities from award through completion
• interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• establish quality and safety requirements
• manage and negotiate change orders
• maintain schedules, logistics plans, and erection sequences
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, manpower, equipment, and cranes
• support superintendents
• maintain project records and cost reports
• communicate progress and issues.
