Facilities Lead

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations for assigned buildings
• plan preventative maintenance, budgets, and capital expenses
• schedule and perform projects including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work
• ensure landscaping, janitorial, and security services meet standards
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• assist with construction project management
• record maintenance activities and prepare reports.
