Electronics Technician

The Electronics Technician role is onsite in Norfolk, VA. Compensation is $25.00–$39.91 per hour. Delphinus Engineering supports electrical work on U.S. Navy shore facilities, vessels, surface ships, and submarines. The technician inspects, tests, repairs, and modernizes electrical and electronic systems and equipment, documenting work and following established safety procedures to support Navy facilities and vessels.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and test electrical systems, circuits, controls, instruments, and equipment
• install and test programmable logic controllers and electronic devices
• install, connect, and test fiber-optic equipment
• conduct electrical safety checks
• repair electrical equipment
• make panel and switch connections
• pull cables
• assist the Electrical Lead with drawing discrepancies
• complete quality evidence forms
• follow safety procedures.
