What you'll do

• Assess patients and document health status and history
• plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• provide patient education and discharge planning
• administer and monitor IV solutions and medications
• start peripheral and maintain central lines
• perform treatments and procedures under physician orders
• document care and patient response
• collaborate with healthcare team members
• promote patient safety
• supervise other healthcare team members as required.
