What you'll do

• Prepare units and vacancies for showings and move-ins
• explain property features and amenities
• answer prospect questions and conduct showings
• assist walk-in visitors and residents
• address resident concerns and maintenance requests
• process applications, recertifications, renewals, and lease paperwork
• collect rent and assist with delinquency matters
• maintain resident relations and files
• coordinate with vendors
• document correspondence and incidents
• assist with marketing
• follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies.
