What you'll do

• Maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and governance materials
• support Board and committee processes
• coordinate diligence, data rooms, transaction checklists, signatures, and closing documents
• maintain subsidiary and entity records and coordinate filings
• support securities and equity matters
• administer commercial agreements in Ironclad
• maintain legal calendars
• and build templates, checklists, workflows, and systems.
