Labor and Employment Attorney

What you'll do

• Advise employers on workforce strategy, employee relations, hiring, discipline, accommodations, leave, wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, separations, restrictive covenants, and executive employment matters. Represent employers in litigation, arbitration, claims, and administrative proceedings
• conduct workplace investigations and management training
• draft agreements, handbooks, and policies
• develop client and referral relationships
• mentor junior attorneys
• coordinate related workforce advice.
