Construction Bookkeeper

The Construction Bookkeeper role is onsite in Goodyear, AZ. Compensation is $25 per hour in the XML salary field; the description also states $19–$30 per hour (DOE). Fit and Finish AZ’s construction operations are the team this role supports. The role maintains accurate project financial records and supports daily office and project operations. It handles accounting workflows, job costing, payroll and subcontractor payments, billing, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative coordination so project managers and company leadership have financial and operational support.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• perform job costing and maintain project financial records
• process payroll and subcontractor payments
• prepare and submit progress and AIA billings
• track lien waivers and subcontractor compliance documents
• reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
• generate monthly financial reports and assist with budget tracking
• support project managers and leadership
• maintain filing systems
• assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and office-field coordination.
