What you'll do

• Manage Priority 1 tickets through resolution
• monitor operational activities across ESC cells
• communicate infrastructure status
• brief senior leadership and deliver daily operations briefs
• collect and brief upcoming AOs
• recommend mitigation activities
• assess incident impacts and prioritize restoration
• coordinate with mission partners during unscheduled outages and communicate status, remediation, and projected restoration times.
