What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices, route them for approval, and process vendor payments
• maintain vendor documentation
• review employee expense reports and company card statements
• reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements
• resolve discrepancies with employees, project managers, and vendors
• maintain accounting records
• assist with Finance team projects.
