What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes
• follow resident-specific diets, food textures, allergies, and nutritional requirements
• ensure meals are served at proper temperatures and on schedule
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary kitchen
• follow food safety, infection-control, and storage procedures
• assist with inventory, food rotation, and waste reduction
• communicate with dietary and nursing staff and community leadership
• support a welcoming dining experience and the dietary team.
