What you'll do

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
• qualify prospects and conduct tours
• follow up with prospects across traffic sources
• process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documents
• inspect show units and tour paths
• support resident retention and outreach
• train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members
• assist with competitor research
• maintain closing ratios to company standards.
