Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, at the Hickory Hope community. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. manages multifamily communities across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role supports community occupancy by handling leasing and administrative work for prospective and current residents. It provides apartment tours, prepares lease packets, processes prospective-resident credit reports, and maintains property traffic logs while supporting the Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Provide apartment tours
• run credit reports for prospective residents
• prepare lease packets
• inspect apartments before showings
• maintain property traffic logs
• lease units
• answer prospective residents’ questions by phone
• maintain a positive public-relations approach. May assist with rent collection, bank deposits, errands, resident retention, and property-related reports.
