Facility Manager — Federal Facilities

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD, and oversees assigned General Services Administration facilities. Annual compensation is $90,000–$100,000. What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations at assigned federal facilities
• serve as primary contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders
• oversee preventive maintenance, building systems, vendors, and service contracts
• coordinate reimbursable work and cost monitoring
• assist with budgeting and financial tracking
• prepare inspection reports and recommendations
• inspect facilities for compliance
• support upgrades, renovations, and small construction projects
• coordinate contractors and government staff
• monitor service quality and contract performance
• manage assets and capital improvements
• lead space planning
• coordinate security, emergency response, and continuity planning
• supervise maintenance, administrative, and cross-functional teams.
