The Manufacturing Paint Associate role is onsite in Leominster, MA, with pay of $17–$19 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The role supports production at Renovation Brands’ Leominster facility. The associate applies powder coating and helps maintain product flow, quality, and production goals. The work includes manual and automated spray operations, parts handling, equipment upkeep, inventory control, and final inspection and documentation.

What you'll do

• Apply dry powder manually for special color runs and set spray settings to product and color requirements
• set up and monitor automated powder application
• load and unload parts on the conveyor and match job routers to products
• follow preventive maintenance and help maintain an orderly, clean, efficient warehouse
• coordinate coating workflow and flag potential bottlenecks
• monitor and organize raw-material inventory, perform cycle counts, and recommend restocking
• follow quality procedures and perform final visual inspection, verification, and counts
• document shortages and communicate them to appropriate personnel.
