What you'll do

• Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists
• manage domestic and international corporate legal affairs
• draft, negotiate, and review commercial and vendor agreements
• assist with data processing addenda
• support internal legal training
• analyze legal risks and develop solutions with business teams
• update templates with the General Counsel
• partner with sales, services, training, and product teams on customer deals.
