The Registered Nurse (RN) Educator, Perioperative Services role is onsite in Fresno, CA. Compensation is $57.16–$72.74 per hour. The role supports Community Health System’s perioperative services team across surgical specialties and care areas. The educator prepares staff to provide safe, consistent, evidence-based perioperative care. The role coordinates onboarding and education, mentors clinical staff, maintains hands-on patient-care involvement, and supports practice improvement and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate orientation and onboarding
• design, deliver, and evaluate staff education and competency fairs
• mentor nurses and ancillary staff
• maintain hands-on patient-care involvement
• guide teams in complex or high-risk situations
• lead the Unit Practice Council
• collaborate on problem-solving and performance improvement.
