What you'll do

• Diagnose customer concerns and perform repairs, including engine, powertrain, transmission, diesel, warranty, recall, check-engine, and drivability work. Perform module programming and software updates using wiTECH
• communicate findings to service advisors through digital inspections and video
• and follow factory repair procedures and service information.

Why this role

Phase 3 Certified Stellantis technician required; dealership experience preferred, with CDJR experience strongly preferred. ASE certifications are not required.
