The Wound Care Nurse — Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Fairmont, WV, with pay of $38–$43 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions
• develop and implement individualized wound care plans
• perform wound treatments
• communicate healing progress and changes to providers and the interdisciplinary team
• identify residents at risk for skin breakdown and assist with prevention
• collaborate with nursing staff on wound care techniques
• educate residents, families, and staff
• participate in care planning and quality improvement
• monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments
• maintain compliance with facility policies, regulations, and infection prevention standards.
