What you'll do

• Wash dishes to restaurant standards
• maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
• handle kitchen tasks including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• follow food safety regulations and proper food handling and storage procedures
• use kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
• communicate with kitchen teammates to coordinate tasks and support kitchen operations
• complete required company training programs.
