What you'll do

• Develop and execute a DBT-wide change strategy
• lead change efforts across culture, processes, governance, tools, communications, and partnerships
• strengthen organizational effectiveness
• build leadership sponsorship
• establish reusable OCM methods and governance
• assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, resistance, and capacity
• develop communications, engagement, training coordination, and adoption plans
• integrate OCM into program plans
• support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization
• measure outcomes and capture lessons learned. Travel is mostly within the Continental U.S.
