What you'll do

• Lead the parts department and serve retail and wholesale customers
• manage purchasing, inventory, and expenses
• coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure parts are available or ordered for scheduled repairs
• train and supervise counter associates
• resolve customer complaints
• follow manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures
• forecast and pursue department goals
• hire, train, and monitor staff
• ensure inventory is correctly stocked and priced
• maintain accurate computer records and follow safety and regulatory requirements.
