What you'll do

• Assist with quality-control tracking and oversight of completed reviews
• train and evaluate regional adjusting staff on quality-control reviews
• communicate regulations and interpretations about claim adjustment and review processes
• maintain required certifications, including CAPP certification and a state adjuster license as needed
• travel for field work, training, and conferences.
