What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages
• label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• maintain a clean, organized, sterile work environment
• verify patient identity and test orders
• document collection procedures and update EHR records
• communicate with patients to reduce anxiety
• follow OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic safety protocols.

Why this role
