What you'll do

• Manage tax controversy and litigation matters, including ERC disputes, PEO and employment tax matters, audits, collections, and related commercial litigation
• handle cases through administrative resolution, settlement, trial, or appeal
• represent clients in tax audits, appeals, and refund claims
• research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs
• take and defend depositions
• negotiate resolutions
• participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• provide legal analysis and recommendations
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
