Shipping Associate, Levels I–III

The Shipping Associate role is onsite in Dade City, FL, with compensation of $17–$23 per hour. Black Diamond Coatings manufactures sealers, cleaners, and polymeric sand at its Florida operation. The associate receives, stores, picks, packs, and ships products while maintaining accurate inventory and safe, organized work areas. Depending on assigned level, the role may include operating forklifts, staging freight, loading trucks, and supporting retailer-compliant shipments.

What you'll do

• Receive and scan products into rack locations
• pick, pack, box, and label orders
• stage orders by carrier and cutoff time at Level II or above
• palletize and wrap freight and load trucks at Level III
• operate stand-up forklifts at Level III
• participate in cycle counts
• record inventory movements
• inspect products and packaging
• follow safety and PPE requirements.
