What you'll do

• Repair and calibrate returned ATEQ products
• travel to customer sites for service, calibration, and technical support
• set up, integrate, and test equipment
• demonstrate equipment performance
• diagnose and perform emergency repairs
• design and set up applications
• maintain service documentation and reports
• troubleshoot customer issues by phone or email
• perform ISO 17025 calibrations
• quote repairs and calibrations
• assist customer support and sales engineering teams.
