What you'll do

• Push passengers in wheelchairs to and from gates and safely down jet bridges
• assist with luggage to vehicles and ground transportation areas
• confirm wheelchair brakes are set before passengers exit
• follow dispatcher gate orders
• ask passenger safety and security questions
• complete wheelchair or incident reports
• maintain a positive, attentive customer-service approach.
