The Manager, Training Program role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Head of Quality, the manager leads the site training program so employees and contractors are qualified to perform assigned work safely, consistently, and in compliance with cGMP, company procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role strengthens training effectiveness, maintains inspection-ready records, and supports quality and operational performance across the site.

What you'll do

• Own and improve the site training system, including governance, procedures, curricula, qualification pathways, metrics, and periodic review
• ensure training assignments and records are accurate, timely, traceable, and inspection ready
• develop role-based learning plans for GxP, technical, safety, quality-system, and compliance requirements
• partner with process owners and subject-matter experts to turn procedures and changes into training
• oversee the learning management system and related data integrity, access, reporting, and change controls
• establish standards for instructor-led and on-the-job training, trainer programs, knowledge checks, demonstrations, and qualification sign-off
• evaluate training effectiveness
• provide metrics and risk-based insights to leadership
• support audits and inspections
• lead and develop training personnel where applicable
• manage vendors, materials, schedules, facilities, and budget.
