Material Control Technician — Weekend Day Shift

The Material Control Technician role is onsite in Acton, MA, with 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday starting at 6:00 a.m.; compensation is $22.00–$24.29 per hour. The role supports material control operations at a medical device manufacturing site operating under 21 CFR and ISO 13485 requirements. The technician transfers components between the warehouse and cleanroom, replenishes the Material Control Room through the Kanban system, and records material movements in SAP. Accurate, timely handling helps maintain production flow and quality-system compliance.

What you'll do

• Transfer components between the warehouse and cleanroom according to quality-system procedures
• replenish the Material Control Room and prepare components for cleanroom transfer using the Kanban system
• enter accurate and timely material movements in SAP
• operate warehouse equipment including manual pallet jacks and a plastic baler
• maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment
• complete assigned QMS training and end-of-shift tasks
• respond promptly to two-way radio communications.
