The Controller role is onsite in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with annual compensation of $60,000–$65,000. The position supports Jubilee Ministries, whose mission is to serve people affected by incarceration through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Controller leads and supports the accounting function, oversees daily accounting operations, and communicates financial information to staff and leadership. The role strengthens financial procedures, reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and stewardship across the organization.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• ensure accurate GAAP and nonprofit accounting records
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and audit preparation
• prepare and review financial statements
• monitor cash flow
• assist with annual budgeting
• provide financial reports and budget analysis
• maintain accounting systems and internal controls
• support purchasing procedures, grant and restricted fund tracking, technology improvements, and payroll as needed.
