What you'll do

• Serve as staff liaison to assigned sections and volunteer leaders
• facilitate leadership meetings and track action items
• support member recruitment, retention, and re-engagement
• provide volunteer onboarding, development, training, and succession support
• coordinate executive and board engagement and section visits
• assess engagement using scorecards and feedback
• support conferences and programs
• coordinate cross-functional projects and deliverables.
