What you'll do

• Review traffic enforcement images and video
• verify vehicle information and processing criteria
• apply client procedures
• identify unclear or incomplete records and escalate them when appropriate
• enter and verify data
• process electronic records and supporting documents
• meet daily production expectations while following quality and confidentiality requirements
• report system or image-quality issues
• participate in training and quality improvement.
