The therapist provides individualized, evidence-based behavioral health services to people with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, the role supports recovery and improved quality of life.

What you'll do

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in crisis intervention
• coordinate community resources
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Why this role

Every other Friday is a paid wellness day. Salary varies by qualifications: $60,000 with a master’s degree; $64,000 with a master’s degree plus LPC, LSW, or CADC; or $67,000 with a master’s degree plus LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT. Sign-on bonus eligible with a one-year commitment.
