What you'll do

• Oversee preconstruction activities
• lead estimating, value engineering, budget development, cost control, constructability and logistics analysis, scheduling, and risk assessment
• interpret drawings and specifications
• collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams
• mentor staff
• support pursuit strategy, contract negotiations, and client relationships.
