Human Resources and Office Operations Specialist

Job overview

The Human Resources and Office Operations Specialist role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year and eligibility for up to 20% combined annual performance bonus and profit sharing. ZKTeco WFM provides workforce data collection products, cloud technology, integrations, and services. The role supports the company’s approximately 25-person U.S. organization by coordinating payroll, benefits, employee administration, office operations, travel, and management reporting. It also helps resolve operational issues and improve internal processes and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Coordinate payroll and maintain payroll, PTO, leave, and employee records
• respond to routine payroll and HR questions
• manage benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and renewals
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain employee files and HR documentation
• manage office administration and vendors
• coordinate employee travel and hotels
• track renewals, deadlines, and commitments
• collect reports and prepare spreadsheets and management information
• support the Operations Manager and CEO with projects
• help resolve issues and improve processes.
