Facility Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facility Maintenance Technician works onsite in Greensburg, PA. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour, based on experience. The role supports the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a professional facility. The technician completes work orders, preventive maintenance, routine repairs, inspections, and facility projects to help keep the site safe, functional, and well maintained. The position also records completed work, follows safety and regulatory requirements, and escalates repairs requiring licensed or specialized trades.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot and perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• assist with basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• support facility inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance
• assist with equipment moves, minor installations, and improvement projects
• identify and escalate work requiring licensed or specialized trades
• maintain work and preventive-maintenance records
• follow safety procedures and facility policies
• participate in an on-call rotation when required.
