Environmental Services Lead

What you'll do

• Perform routine and specialized cleaning in patient rooms, surgical areas, public spaces, offices, and clinical departments
• lead daily work activities and assist with assignments and scheduling
• train and coach team members
• monitor cleaning quality
• maintain supplies and equipment
• inspect assigned areas
• handle regulated waste and biohazardous materials properly
• operate floor-care and cleaning equipment
• respond to spills and infection-prevention needs
• complete documentation and quality reports
• collaborate with nursing and facilities
• and support policy, safety, and infection-prevention compliance.
