Project Supervisor, Restoration and Construction

The Project Supervisor, Restoration and Construction role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. First Onsite’s field teams deliver restoration and construction work for customers. This supervisor coordinates resources, subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite activity to keep projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The role also supports safe work practices, quality, documentation, and communication between field teams and project leadership.

What you'll do

• Solicit and approve subcontractor proposals
• prepare project schedules
• direct and support onsite work
• maintain job activity paperwork, inventories, logs, reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• manage receipts and change orders
• conduct or ensure daily safety meetings
• maintain vehicles and equipment
• fill in on physical tasks as needed.
