What you'll do

• Develop design concepts, layouts, drawings, materials, finishes, and selections
• guide clients through design decisions
• produce detailed buildable drawings
• coordinate with project managers, estimators, designers, trade partners, and vendors
• participate in site visits, trade walks, and construction discussions
• manage multiple projects and deadlines
• maintain project systems and documentation
• coordinate selections and vendor quotes while maintaining budgets.
